Shipping policy

• All orders received on our website are shipped within 48 hours of payment  confirmation.
• Shipping takes place on all days except for Sundays and public holidays.
• We provide free shipping on all orders above INR 749/- within India.
• We ship orders to the exact address the customer has given while order checkout.
• We aim to get the products delivered within 5 to 8 working days in main cities. Delivery to remote areas may take 8-15 working days.
• In event of regional holidays, shipping may get delayed for more than 48 hours. This will be informed to the customer within 12 hours of order confirmation.
• Shipping and delivery policy is subject to change without prior notice.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders placed on our website may be cancelled* on buyers’ request until they are shipped. Order cancellations are subject to approval. Cancellation requests will be responded within 3 working days. On approval, full amount will be refunded to the buyer. Mode of refund would be the same through which the payment was made. Refund will be processed within 21 working days of order cancellation request approval.

*Cancellation request will be rejected if the order has already been picked-up by our courier partners for shipping from our end. Orders once shipped will not be cancelled.
